As we step into the refreshing month of April, we are delighted to present our 50th edition of SpicyReflection. This month brings a season of new beginnings, vibrant traditions and celebrations. This edition is filled with festivals that beautifully reflect the diversity of our country. From the spiritual significance of Easter to the cultural vibrance of Pohela Boishakh, the energetic celebrations of Bihu, the faith and strength symbolised by Hanuman Janmutsav and the positivity of Baisakhi. Each festival carries its own story, spirit and colour, reminding us of the beauty of unity in diversity and the joy of celebrating together.

We begin this edition with our Customer Delight moments, where a delightful collection of videos captures genuine smiles, thoughtful gestures and memorable passenger experiences across our stations. These moments highlight the warmth and dedication of our teams who consistently go the extra mile to create meaningful connections. Their efforts truly reflect the spirit of hospitality and bring smiles that brighten every journey.

In this month’s “My City, My Place” feature, we take you to the scenic and culturally vibrant city of Imphal – the heart of Manipur nestled amidst lush green hills and rich traditions. Known for its serene landscapes, unique cultural heritage and warm people, Imphal offers a beautiful blend of nature, history and local life. From the iconic Loktak Lake with its fascinating floating islands to the historic Kangla Fort and the vibrant Ima Keithel – one of the world’s largest markets run entirely by women. The city reflects pride, resilience and timeless charm.

Kudos to Mr. Madhu Daruru from Team Shivamogga on winning SpicyReflection Quiz for March 2026 edition. Your active involvement makes every edition more exciting and engaging and we truly appreciate the enthusiasm shown across stations.

We also congratulate the winner Mr. Prakash Madhavan from Kandla station, on winning the Riddle for March 2026. Your quick thinking and creativity added another layer of fun and engagement to our community activities.
