Hanuman Janmutsav is a sacred Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of lord Hanuman, one of the most revered and beloved deities in Hinduism. Observed with deep devotion across India, this auspicious day honours Lord Hanuman’s extraordinary strength, unwavering faith and selfless service. The festival is usually celebrated on Chaitra Purnima according to the Hindu lunar calendar and in 2026; it falls in early April (date may vary regionally).
